Synopsis "Approve Yourself: An Intentional Guide for Women on a Journey to Find Self Love, Care, and Unapologetic Confidence!"
Every woman deserves a refreshing acknowledgment and sense of self. This is exactly what each reader will experience while reading this book. We become so much better when we are open to discover and unveil feelings, thoughts, and even insecurities that are hidden within. Nothing is more painful than not knowing who you really are, yet you are still refusing to approve yourself because of how you feel about yourself. As women, we often reject becoming everything that God has created us to be because we won't approve the awesomeness that he added to our lives. We wait on others to agree, co-sign, or approve who we are, and this only leads to self-destruction or an identity crisis. Many times, make-up becomes our mask and self-approval becomes harder to embrace. This book allows every woman to forget about what they have gone through, how they may look on the outside, and what they have been holding inside, to accept their real identity without anyone's approval. In my past, I hid my innermost feelings and dressed it all up with make-up. I looked like I had together even, when I was really torn apart. However, I have found freedom in uncovering and sharing with my sisters who I see doing do the same things that I once did. I believe that many young women will be able to relate, discover their flaws, and share their testimony of victory with others after reading this book. Young women need transparency. They need to not only know how to wear beauty, but to also find and appreciate their inner beauty. This is the first step to embrace self-approval. When inner beauty is discovered, a woman will no longer seek to hear it from any other source. She will always believe that she is fearfully and wonderfully made.
