Synopsis "Walls Talk Back: Sophomore Year"
In the sequel to Talk To Walls, we follow Jake through his sophomore year of high school. Along with his continued involvement on the Speech Team, he writes articles for a brand new school newspaper that his friend Anna, the smartest student in school, put together. The young man faces complex truths about himself while tenth grade unfolds. Who he is and who he will become is at stake as Jake makes new friends, discovers a growing love for alternative music (it is 1996 and 1997 after all, so how could he not), gets into trouble at school, fights more with his family and struggles to say goodbye when Anna graduates in the spring.
