Synopsis "Workload; a Factor That Generates Stress at Work"
The general objective of the research is "To analyze the psychosocial risk of teachers in state elementary schools in the urban area of Caborca, Sonora in 2020". Same that takes as hypothesis "Elementary teachers in the urban area of Caborca, Sonora in the year 2020 affects their workload." same that was used a quantitative method, non-experimental design, descriptive scope, with a probabilistic sample, survey technique and an instrument proposed in the NOM-035 STPS-2018 that measures psychosocial risks in the workplace, through 4 categories which are work environment, own factors of the activity, organization of work time, leadership and work relationships. Among the main results of this research, was that teachers have high workload, accepting the hypothesis raised which allows us to identify new research topics questioning the causes and new proposals for improvement.
