Synopsis "1st Battalion The Gordon Highlanders/SD"

In this second helping of the Death Rises series we join James Morrison son of Jim Morrison as he joins his regiment The 1st Battalion The Gordon Highlanders/SD. Despite the privileges of his childhood Jim Morrison did not bring up his youngest full blooded human son to be soft. With very few full bloods left James has had to fight an uphill battle his whole life against the prejudices a society of mixed bloods threw at him. James however is more than up to the task. Traveling around the universe with his father as a child, James is beloved of the other races within the Universe, and has been adopted into many of the ruling families. A few short weeks after he reaches the battalion, an attack by an unknown enemy sends James on the adventure of a lifetime. His father sends him, a few scouts and the grandson of Billy Henderson on a mission to discover the nature of the threat. What he discovers sends the people of the universe into shock, and so starts a desperate race against time.
