Apenas ele e as flores conheciam a escolhida.Tulipa was born and raised on the hill of Careca, a favela in São Paulo, a small, quiet place. On that warm, muffled night, uncommon in June, a cherm brought joy to visitors and locals. Tulipa, dressed in a rustic fashion and wearing a terrible hand-painted mustache, helped in his mother's flower-stall, and every now and then he found himself drawn into the past by memory. He remembered the pursuit of his peers because of his nickname, the pleasure of dropping kites with the few friends and girls in his life. Three girls shared his heart, and that night he had to decide who his first girlfriend would be: the vain Karina, Sara, the daughter of the evangelical shepherd or Claudia, the "madwoman" with a gothic and traumatized look. Only he and the flowers knew the chosen one.
