Synopsis "Absorption du plomb par Pseudomonas flourescens et aeruginosa dans Sansevieria (in French)"

Dans la présente étude, nous avons cherché à évaluer la capacité de phytoremédiation de deux bactéries pseudomonas endophytes isolées dans une zone minière de Pb/Zn. Deux isolats symbiotiques ont été testés pour l'accumulation de Pb et leur potentiel à promouvoir la croissance des racines des plantes et leur efficacité à augmenter ou diminuer l'expression des protéines liées au stress dans Sansevieria roxburghiana, une plante ornementale qui n'a pas d'impact sur la chaîne alimentaire. Cette étude fournit la plante candidate en combinaison avec des bactéries favorisant la croissance des plantes pour améliorer l'efficacité de la phytoremédiation et éliminer le métal lourd Pb du sol contaminé.
