The Fonteyn Legacy Surrogate is the individual appointed to represent the legacy of Dame Margot Fonteyn worldwide. Kenneth Ludden was appointed personally by Fonteyn in 1979 and spent the next 12 years until her death preparing him and forming the Academy that would carry that legacy. In 2020, Mr. Ludden appointed Rainer Krenstetter as Fonteyn Legacy Surrogate Designate to carry on after him when he is no longer able to fulfill his duties. This manual details the requirements, responsibilities, means of achieving the title, and educational data the FLS must have.
