Life is not scripted. It doesn't come with an owner's manual. We just kind of figure it out along the way. It just took me a little longer to figure some things out, like, what do I want to be when I grow up. Once I figured that out, I had to figure out how to grow up. I found psychology and fitness both at the same time. Both were monumental life changing events for me. Both have helped to shape the person I am and give me a sense of purpose and fulfillment. But before I could get there I had attempted many things: sales, management, pastoring, truck driving, diamond and jewelry specialist, husband, father...all of them had their successes and failures, their life lessons. What better teacher is there about life than life experience? In my 57 trips around the sun I have compiled many adventures, challenges, victories and defeats. And a few monikers along the way. In the fulfillment of my purpose to enriching people's lives and helping, I assembled many of them to share with you in a tongue-and-cheek random way that will hopefully make you laugh, smile, think, and connect with some of what I have gone through.
