Synopsis "Alea Jacta Est: The Puppet and the Puppet master"

This is an expose of highly classified and dangerous Intelligence technologies and techniques as used in clandestine Black Operations by government agencies, quasi-government and military agencies such as the NSA;CIA; FBI; MI6 and MOSSAD amongst others; including covert and corrupt organisations with access to these technologies, in order to gather information, through the use of Radio Frequency Directed Energy as a neurological weapon. This includes unlawful surveillance, electronic harassment and human experimentation. This book is a narration of my experiences as a victim ("Prisoner of War") of torture at the hands of a band of terrorists acting as spies for a Mafia-styled organisation, based in Cape Town, who abuses biological warfare methodology in order to satisfy their own very sadistical, personal vendettas.
