Also becoming a leader, with training. Understanding why you want to decide to be a particular chaplain. I've discussed 14 different kinds of chaplains in this book. However, I'm sure there's even more than what I have discussed. For you understand what a Crisis can do to you. Understanding when you are overstressed how to get help for yourself. This can be a very stressful job as well as a very meaningful job.
