This paper investigates the application of energy-efficient technologies in the engineering systems of buildings. The object of the study is engineering systems of buildings, which at the moment can solve the current situation with the problem of ecology. The types of devices, such as solar collectors, heat pumps, automated individual heating point with which you can achieve rational use of natural resources. The state of the housing sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan to date is described. Foreign experience of application of energy efficient technologies is taken into account, as well as regulations, standards governing their use.
