Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Führungsstile, Note: 2,0, Universität Kassel (Unikims), Veranstaltung: Controlling I, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden zunächst die für diese Arbeit ma geblichen Begriffe definiert und differenziert. Dazu gehören die Begriffe Führung, Führungstheorien und Führungsstil. Kapitel 3 stellt den autoritären, Kapitel 4 den partizipativen Führungsstil näher dar. In Kapitel 5 wird der Vergleich der beiden Führungsstile aufgezeigt. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist eine Theoriearbeit, die im Fazit mit einem kurzen Praxisbezug schlie t. Der Forschungsstand zu dem Thema dieser Arbeit wurde zum einen aus dem Bestand der Universitätsbibliothek Kassel nebst Fernleihen, zum anderen aus digitalen über das Katalogportal KARLA gefundenen Texten recherchiert.
