With a bright future pursuing music on the horizon, Jelani watched as his dreams slowly turned into a reality. However, when past demons began to resurface threatening to take away everything he shed blood, sweat, and tears for, he takes matter's into his own hands. Genesis Martinez, born and raised in New York City, finds herself living in the heart of Philadelphia while attending University of Arts. With her eye on the prize and high hopes of one day opening her own Dance studio, Genesis is focused. She left home, her family, and friends to prevent being distracted. No one could have prepared her for the biggest distraction of her life; Love. When their paths cross a whirlwind love affair erupts. As the soundtrack of their love story play out, they both find that the road to happily ever after isn't as pleasant as they would have hoped.
