Synopsis "Bewertung der Wirksamkeit von Essigsäure und Gentamicin bei CSOM-Patienten (in German)"

Es wurden nur wenige Studien veröffentlicht, um festzustellen, ob topische Essigsäure bei Patienten mit chronischer eitriger Mittelohrentzündung (CSOM) sicher, wirksam und effizienter ist als Gentamicinsulfat-Ohrentropfen bei nicht intaktem Trommelfell. Daher haben wir die vorliegende prospektive Beobachtungsstudie konzipiert, um die Wirksamkeit, Sicherheit und Kosteneffizienz von 1,5 %iger topischer Essigsäure und 0,3 %igem topischem Gentamicin bei Patienten mit chronischer eitriger Mittelohrentzündung zu bewerten, die während eines Zeitraums von 10 Monaten (März bis Dezember) 2014 die OPD der HNO-Abteilung des Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College and Research Centre, TMU, Moradabad, UP, Indien, besuchten.
