Synopsis "Beyond The Creek"
Maggie Elizabeth is an eight year old with a vivid imagination, which often gets her in trouble by her stern Grandmother. When her father loses his job and the bills pile up, it leaves them no choice but to pack up all their belongings and move from busy New York City into an old farm house, in Missouri, that has supposedly been in the family many generations. It doesn't take long for Maggie to discover that Grandmother is keeping secrets about things in the attic and that there is something mysterious lurking in the woods behind her house. Maggie and her brother, Erik, determined to find answers, venture into the woods late one night. Unknowingly, when they cross the creek, they open a portal to woods beyond their world and wake all the creatures that had been stuck on that side. When Erik gets captured by the Troll King, Maggie must use the power of her imagination and help from a raccoon and a mysterious man in the woods, to save not only her brother but all humankind
