Este livro pretende apresentar uma análise das sinaliza § µes entre surdos sinalizantes nativos e surdos sinalizantes tardios, buscando identificar marcas do bilinguismo bimodal, que se caracteriza pelo domínio de duas línguas de modalidades diferentes, nesse caso, Língua Portuguesa Oral e Língua Brasileira de Sinais. Estudos semelhantes foram desenvolvidos em ouvintes usuários da Língua Brasileira de Sinais, TILS e CODAS, e constataram a transfer ªncia de conhecimento entre as línguas envolvidas nesse processo, a partir disso, e tomadas as semelhan §as de acesso a duas línguas de modalidades diferentes por surdos sinalizantes tardios, desenvolvemos a pesquisa apresentada neste livro.
