Synopsis "Biospiritual Adaptation: Ayurveda and Yoga (in Russian)"

This is the research in ancient Indian healing on the level of spiritual practice. Originally it was special approach to Ayurveda and Yoga developed by Dr. David Frawley in modern times. The author translated his courses and books from English into Russian, working in collaboration with Vedic Center 'Rugen' (Germany). As result, she wrote two books applying this knowledge to temperate zone, being supported by her coauthor-botanist Julia Tarasova (assistant in Botanic Garden at Saint-Petersburg State University). The books were written when the author lived and worked in India. First part 'Herbs for Yoga' was published and reprinted by 'Amrita-Russ' (Moscow, 2006-2008); second part 'Ayurvedic Spiritual Practice' was published as e-book by 'LitRes' (Moscow, 2010). Both are included into current third edition.
