Synopsis "Bleiaufnahme durch Pseudomonas flourescens und aeruginosa in Sansevieria (in German)"

In der vorliegenden Studie sollte die Fähigkeit von zwei endophytischen Pseudomonas-Bakterien, die in einem Pb/Zn-Bergbaugebiet isoliert wurden, zur Phytosanierung untersucht werden. Zwei symbiotische Isolate wurden auf ihre Pb-Akkumulation und ihr Potenzial zur Förderung des Pflanzenwurzelwachstums sowie auf ihre Effizienz bei der Hoch- oder Herunterregulierung der stressbedingten Proteinexpression in Sansevieria roxburghiana, einer Zierpflanze, die die Nahrungskette nicht beeinträchtigt, getestet. Diese Studie liefert die Kandidatenpflanze in Kombination mit wachstumsfördernden Bakterien zur Verbesserung der Phytosanierungseffizienz und zur Entfernung des Schwermetalls Pb aus kontaminierten Böden.
