Bluestone is an epic fantasy about a group of survivors who have fled into a forest to escape an invading army of beasts from the lower world called the burning plains. While evading enemy scouts, they have to depend on one another's individual skills and abilities and endure long enough to figure out the key to their survival. As a result of their fast changing world and the forest environment they find themselves in Driffan, a mere huntsman, emerges as a reluctant leader of the group. Can he lead them to safety, or only to ultimate doom? Soon they learn that there is a lot more to their world, and their present situation, than they ever imagined.
