This is the sequel to my first book, Body Forgiveness Health and Wellness Testimony. It's a continuation of my health, wellness and weight loss journey. In this journey I have had ups, downs, and challenges but I've still managed to keep over 100+lbs. off for over 10+ years. It's my heart's desire for every individual to know that this obesity animal can be conquered by being consistent and making slow, gradual changes. I had to face my past and conquer it. I had to peel the layers back all the way back to my childhood and early adulthood that I experienced as a divorced single-mother. I discovered many reasons why I became obese. A few of those reasons were low self-esteem, divorce, bad relationship break ups, emotional issues, unforgiveness, relationship hurts, health challenges and last but not least, a lack of knowledge. This book has the tools needed to help anyone get started in their journey and can be used individually or in health and wellness groups.It will encourage, motivate and inspire you to make the lifestyle changes necessary in order to live a better quality of life.
