Many chronic non-communicable diseases have been extensively studied today, among which cardiovascular diseases stand out, since they are accompanied by high rates of hospital admissions, physical disabilities and even deaths. This group of diseases includes hypertension, atherosclerosis, heart failure, acute myocardial infarction and peripheral vascular disease, which includes strokes and aneurysms.
