Synopsis "Cec and Caroline"

Cecil Roy Thompson was born February 16, 1916 in North Bend, Washington to Roy who was 21 and Opal who was 15. His brother Frank was born 2 years later. His parents were divorced when he was 13 and he moved in with his maternal grandparents. He died March 18, 1999 at the age of 83. He lived his entire life in North Bend. Caroline Mary Kingsley was born March 24, 1916 in Ashford, Washington to Herbert who was 28 and Lydia who was 22. Lydia died shortly after giving birth to her third daughter 10 days before Caroline turned 4 years old. Caroline lived with relatives until she was put into a home for "incorrigible" children at the age of 7. By then her father had married a woman who did not want children of her own and had no intention of raising anyone else's children. Caroline left the "school" and moved to North Bend at the age of 15 when she was hired as a nanny for a family with 3 children. She lived in North Bend until she died May 28, 1996 at the age of 80.
