The fertilization ability of the human sperm can be recognized by assessing the range of excellence of motility, viability and morphological factors that are called collectively as potential fertility criteria. Successful of IUI, ICSI, and IVF is depends on the quality of the collected semen. The book was designed to 1) Determine physicochemical characteristics of human semen including the common types of semen abnormalities, normal and abnormal morphology of spermatozoa, motion kinetics and dynamic parameters of sperm cells. 2) Determine the range of (TZI) and (SDI). 3) Provide reference values for the normal dynamic sperm classes and motion kinetics of the sperm motility: (VCL), (VAP), (VSL), (MAD), (ALH), (BCF), (LIN), (WOB) and (STR) which reflect the fertilization ability of the human sperm and act as indicators for the sperm progression.
