Synopsis "Charlotte Flees Ferguson: (A Novel)"
Charlotte Jenkins, a very pretty, seventeen-year-old black girl, desperately wants to leave Ferguson Missouri, the place where she was born and raised. After a fatal misfortune befalls her college-bound friend, she meets kind-hearted, Officer B.J. Clinton, a young, white policeman, who helps her move to beautiful Boise, Idaho. Once Charlotte achieves her goal of moving to a new place, she has to decide if being there is enough, or if she wants to go for much more - no matter what it takes to get it.
