Calling on old friends and making new contacts at the both the University of Toronto and the Royal Ontario Museum, Knox will have to work fast to discover who is behind the murder and what the connection is to a group several centuries old. Knox will also grapple with his concept of God when he meets someone who gets past his hard exterior and reveals truths about events in his past that he has kept long buried. The action moves the reader through Knox's past and present, leading to a final showdown in a fight for his life in a shattering conclusion. Featuring car chases, gun fights and secret societies, this is the debut novel for Robert Churchill. Churchill lives in Durham region with his amazing wife, two teenaged children and the most spoiled dog ever. He has been an avid reader since early childhood when his mother would find him sitting amongst a pile of books in the Bookstore in Hillcrest Mall. He worked at a local newspaper in his teens and has enjoyed writing ever since.
