Synopsis "Counterrevolution"
Peter Hammond has in his possession the secrets to unlocking time travel. He has neither the intellectual grasp nor monetary means to do anything with it. Which is why he gives those secrets to the physicist, Dr. Eric Letreau. Letreau has the grasp and means to make great use of those secrets, and creates in Sharpe Horizons labs a device that can manipulate the spacetime ribbon. Peter must wait nearly two decades for this day to come, all so he can take those secrets back from Eric, use the device, and go back to the fateful day when he first shared them with Letreau. He has done this again and again, an endless loop of cause and effect, just for the chance to affect the change he needs. But the odds are forever stacked against him the more he learns from Eric's test trials that certain things cannot be explained by reason, logic or science. There is fate in this world, predestination of murder. And try as he might, Peter's efforts to save the person closest to him continues to fail, until and unless he can discover a way to break the cycle, and sever the ties of destiny once and for all.
