From a parent's perspective, I cover the steps that led to my daughter's achievement, with all the fun and adventure, plus the many challenges that she faced on entering this male dominated profession. The great pride and joy that comes with watching my only daughter reach such lofty heights in her career at such a young age. But also at times the sleepless nights and heartache such a career choice brought to her family along the way.
