Synopsis "Crisis Management"

The book was created as a result of many years of work and research in the field of crisis management. Resolving crisis situations caused by various events is a big problem and has almost become an everyday part of modern life. The use of different tools, equipment and trained people is a question that requires effective answers for every situation. Crisis management in the context of understanding the issues to be determined, is seen as the study and management of certain military forces in the field of realization of assigned missions and tasks in the preparation and execution of operations. More specifically, the issues are addressed from a specific angle, with the application of knowledge that is currently needed to plan certain activities, the decision-making process in crisis situations and the rational use of resources. The risk management that is an integral part of the decision-making process is explained. The content of the book consists of eight chapters that represent certain independent units and they deal in detail with the elements of the decisionmaking process, ways of risk management and certain aspects of local selfgovernment in emergency situations. The issue of protection and rescue plans in emergency situations is especially relevant. The area covered by the issue is quite wide, so it is not easy to formulate all the aspects listed in the book, and it simply came under crisis management. Probably, more detailed explanations of certain chapters and questions would suit someone, but a relationship was chosen that provides an understanding of crisis management as a process by which crisis situations are resolved.
