The backdrop was inspired because it was boring for girls in that era, and she liked the challenge of creating her story with God. She wanted something fun for her characters as well as the readers. Cari decided long ago to write a story for each of her boys. She is currently working on her second novel and has many ideas for her third. After that...the sky is the limit.
