Der vorliegende Sammelband prasentiert Lebensabrisse nicht nur der bekanntesten Reprasentanten wie Reichskanzler Chlodwig und Obersthofmeister Constantin Hohenlohe, sondern auch derjenigen, deren Bedeutung und Einfluss in ihrer Zeit unbestritten war, die heute aber fast in Vergessenheit geraten sind.
