Synopsis "Effects of Potassium Fertilization on the Pepper Crop"
This research was of the experimental type, focused on the evaluation of various parameters in the production of bell pepper of the Nathalie Hybrid variety with the application of different levels of potassium fertilization, with the purpose of analyzing the results obtained to evaluate the influence of these treatments on the quality and yield of the bell pepper crop. The doses used were 50, 75, 100, 125, and 150 kg/ha, including a control, which was the treatment without application of potassium fertilizer, with six treatments and five replications distributed in randomized blocks. This analysis was checked with statistical tests, analysis of variance and comparison of means using Duncan's test at 5%. Regarding quality, the means of fruit length, diameter and wall thickness did not show differences, highlighting that T4 (100 kg/ha) always presented a higher level among the treatments.
