Lo scopo di questa ricerca è stato quello di studiare l'effetto del trattamento termico sulle proprietà meccaniche della lega di alluminio 6063 per una singola passata di saldatura con gas inerte di tungsteno attivato (ATIG) e di determinare i parametri ottimali per il trattamento termico della lega di alluminio 6030 saldata con ATIG. Il trattamento di preriscaldo e l'invecchiamento artificiale sono stati eseguiti sui campioni a diverse condizioni. Ho utilizzato lo strumento Taguchi per ottimizzare i parametri di trattamento migliori per ottenere elevate proprietà meccaniche.
