Synopsis "Определение Ehrlichia canis в городе &#104 (in Russian)"

Было проведено исследование с целью определения наличия Ehrlichia canis, грамотрицательной, облигатной внутриклеточной бактерии, которая играет зоонозную роль в общественном здравоохранении, поскольку передается Rhipicephalus sanguineus "клещом коричневой собаки", который кусает и иногда заражает людей. В общей сложности 49 проб крови были получены случайным образом от собак, независимо от породы, пола и возраста; 32 пробы были получены из муниципального питомника Икике, а остальные 17 - из ветеринарных клиник Zoomundo, Veterinaria Iquique и Central Veterinaria в городе Икике.
