Synopsis "Elemental Instincts"
Christopher Dobson had his heart broken. Every man has. What it left him was bitter, angry, and having the inability to care. He's hidden himself from the rest of the world for two full years, succumbing to reclusive behavior. His family can't, or perhaps won't understand why he does not trust others. Now, with a looming deadline, an editor demanding he finish his latest novel, and only one person he should even consider as a temporary employee, he's not quite certain Emily Drasee is even trustable for what he needs her for. She seems to hide her secrets well. And, she's mousy, which says she could be the perfect woman for what he wants. Or, his biggest mistake thus far. And is there such a thing? The perfect woman? Once home, the wilds of Canada taking control of the heart, nothing standing in their way, Chris tempts fate's hands to make a choice, for better or worse. They should be able to finish his book in six months. He should be able to send her packing and stay the course of living in heartbreak. Yet, learned instincts failed him once before. Can the elemental instincts show him the way before it's too late? Emily Drasee suffered, greatly. She lost the love of her life. She's barely surviving. She has a mundane job making her get up the mornings, but that's about it. No life. No love life. No care. No money. Should she accept the strangest job ever offered her?
