Synopsis "Elizabeth Bennet: A Compassionate Woman"

This book is a Pride and Prejudice Variation with two stories in it. In Elizabeth Bennet: A Compassionate Woman, we find that her friend of some three years, Georgiana Darcy has come to Netherfield Park to visit Charles Bingley with her brother Fitzwlliam. There Miss Darcy introduces her friend to her brother and Elizabeth gives Georgiana good advice and also later gives Mr. Darcy good advice which takes them back to London with a new Companion for the girl. Other situations occur to separate the friends from time to time and in July Elizabeth visits her friend Charlotte at Hunsford Parsonage in Kent. There is a fire there and we see that is serves to separate Elizabeth from her friends again. How do they manage to get together with so many things happening to them. In A Rational Approach, Mr Darcy has been a widower for three years when he meets Elizabeth Bennet. From the first day he met her he saw in her something that he admired and he studied her character for much of the time he was there. The one thing he did not know was what she thought of him so he asked her to consider becoming his wife. What was her answer and what would his family think of her if she accepted the proposal. Would she be able to relate to his sister and his three year old daughter? These were things she had to consider and would she find the courage to enter into such a marriage?
