Synopsis "Entwicklung von Zn-Ni/MWCNT-Nanokomposit- beschichtungen (in German)"

Die Zn-Ni-Verbundbeschichtungen auf Weichstahlsubstrat wurden durch die Einbindung von mehrwandigen Kohlenstoffnanoröhren (MWCNT) mittels Elektroabscheidungstechnik erfolgreich hergestellt. Die Verstärkung der Kohlenstoff-Nanoröhrchen wurde durch eine hohe Dispersion im Beschichtungselektrolyten erhöht. Bei diesem Versuch wurden Tenside, nämlich Cetyltriammoniumbromid (CTAB), Natriumlaurylsulfat (SLS) und Triton X 100 verwendet. Die beschichteten Proben wurden durch Polarisations- und elektrochemische Impedanzspektroskopiestudien (EIS) auf ihre Korrosionsbeständigkeit in 3,5%iger NaCl-Lösung getestet. Die Tenside deagglomerierten die Partikel und verbesserten ihre Einbindung in die Metallmatrix, was dazu beitrug, Verbundwerkstoffe mit höherer Korrosionsbeständigkeit und grö erer Härte zu erhalten.
