But God is infinite and I am finite so no matter how hard I may try to illuminate the Almighty I will always fall infinitely short of my intended purpose. The true doctrines of the Bible can only be found in the Holy Scriptures and by the soul that sincerely seeks after God. The Scriptures exhort us to seek after God. To seek after God implies seeking to do His will and keeping His word. "Blessed are they that keep His testimonies, and that seek Him with the whole heart" (Ps. 119:2). Exploring Christian Theology: Major Doctrines of the Bible is much more than an intellectual pursuit. It is seeking to know God with all the heart, soul and mind. "Ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart" (Jer. 29:13).
