Die extrahierten Ligninproben wurden mittels Fourier-Transform-Infrarotspektroskopie (FTIR) analysiert. Die Morphologie des Lignins nach jeder Vorbehandlung wurde mit dem Feldemissions-Rasterelektronenmikroskop (FESEM) untersucht.
