Synopsis "Ferally Human"

Unbeknownst to the general populace, a world changing event is about to herald in the near apocalypse. A violent viral outbreak in the metropolitan city of Miami, Florida, turns many of its people into aggressive feral humans. As this unfolds, Frank Walker is 200 miles away in St. Petersburg struggling with alcoholism and near-estrangement from his family. When the Miami incident goes public Frank realizes its time for him to change. Little time goes by before the virus spreads to neighboring cities, including the hometown of the Walker family. Frank and his family narrowly make it out of the disaster that falls upon their hometown. With close friends and allies they unite in the struggle to survive and find a secure place to live from the growing feral menace as well as surviving against those responsible for the viral outbreak to begin with. Can they outrun the ferals? Can they resist those who caused the outbreak? Can Frank outrun his own Problems?
