Akademische Arbeit aus dem Jahr 2023 im Fachbereich Biologie - Allgemeines, Grundlagen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Es existiert heute keine Theorie der fadenförmigen Wirbelfilamente in einer fluidischen Umgebung. Eine Phänomenologie spiraliger Wirbelformationen fu t einerseits auf der klassischen Wirbelphysik und auf der anderen Hand, der Definition Lagrange kohärenter Systeme. Die Helmholtz'schen Wirbelsätze sind eine Grundlage der Physik fadenförmiger Lagrange kohärenter Systeme, die zusammenhängend sind und eine Pfadabhängigkeit ihrer physikalischen Wechselwirkungseigenschaften besitzen. Im Simulationsmodell trifft ein ruhendes Fluid auf flexible Formen bewegter Lagrange kohärenter Konturen; diese beeinflussen einander und organisieren das sie umgebende Fluid. Der algorithmische Kern der Fluid-Filament-Wechselwirkung wird erörtert.
