Ziel dieses Buches ist es, den Zusammenhang zwischen Organisationskultur, organisatorischer Unterstützung, positivem psychologischem Kapital am Arbeitsplatz und allgemeiner Gesundheit bei Führungskräften zu überprüfen. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine deskriptive, explorative und korrelative Studie mit einem quantitativen Ansatz durchgeführt, an der Fachleute aus dem Bereich der Verwaltung teilnahmen. Die Probanden beantworteten das brasilianische Instrument zur Bewertung der Organisationskultur (IBACO), die Skala der wahrgenommenen organisatorischen Unterstützung (EPSO), die Skala des positiven psychologischen Kapitals am Arbeitsplatz (ECPP) sowie den Fragebogen zur allgemeinen Gesundheit (QSG-12) und den soziodemografischen Fragebogen. Die Analysen bestätigten die Hypothesen über den Einfluss von Organisationskultur, organisatorischer Unterstützung, positivem psychologischen Kapital am Arbeitsplatz und allgemeiner Gesundheit.
