Synopsis "Good Grief Relief: Fifty Ways To Bring Colour Back Into Your Life"
A colouring book to inspire the bereaved, a creative toolkit for grownups and children. Offers a gentle, therapeutic approach to the grief process, including 50 ways to cope day to day, whilst the reader reflects and colours Little Jonny Teardrop and his friends. Also includes several blank, framed pages to doodle, write, draw and colour upon, whilst working through the pain of loss. "Good Grief Relief" is a grief colouring book intended for quiet time alone, or for parents to share with children when they can't quite find the right words. Sadness is part of the human voyage and grief comes cloaked in many guises, via several routes. The loss of a relationship, lifestyle, dream, youth, health - these all trigger a grief process. A little comforting guidance and art therapy can transform such heartbreak into joy, wonder and hope. Collated by songwriter FREYjA (Rebecca Rennie) and renowned graphic designer Jon Hawley who have been through grief and come through to a new life of acceptance in full colour.
