Synopsis "Harbour Cities Midland"

1034 After Exodus. A world recovering from millennia of abuse. A group of scientists trying to find an answer. Two young people, poles apart, thrown together. On a sunny day in April, a yet unnamed young man watches a beautiful girl dive into the sea. She has sneaked out for an illicit swim to the beach below the mighty towers of Harrington House. This visit sets off a whole train of events, leaving her far from home, damaged beyond repair, with a terrible choice to make.On the eve of her wedding to her designated husband, Astrid is taken away from her home and her friends by a raiding party of Midlanders. She is taken to the Fort, the court of Midland's cruel ruler Damien. From there, she escapes with the help of a few new friends. They journey via the Dark Towers, home of the Dinali, to Sinatown, where they find sanctuary. On their way to the harbour town of Upavon, from where she hopes to find passage home, they are brutally attacked.Broken by the event, she has to come to terms with more bad news. When the party arrives in Upavon, her return home seems further away than ever.
