Itaconsäure (IA) ist eine vielversprechende organische Säure mit einem breiten Anwendungsspektrum und dem Potenzial, neue Anwendungsfelder im Bereich der Polymerchemie, Pharmazie und Landwirtschaft zu erschlie en. In dieser Studie wurde eine systematische Prozessoptimierung mit einem Aspergillus terreus MTCC 479 Stamm durchgeführt, der vom Institute of Microbial Technology, Chandigarh, Indien, bezogen wurde. Es wurde ein effizienter und kostengünstiger Prozess zur Herstellung von Itaconsäure unter Verwendung billiger Rohstoffe etabliert, der bei der Verbesserung der Prozessökonomie zur effizienten Herstellung der Säure im Pilotma stab hilfreich sein kann. In ähnlicher Weise können auch andere billige Rohstoffe verwendet werden. Die Itaconsäurekonzentration wurde nach der Reinigung durch die Lösungsmittelextraktionsmethode um das 2-3fache erhöht, was eine kostengünstige Technik zur Reinigung ist, die für gro technische Verfahren verwendet werden kann. Alle physikalischen Parameter wie pH-Wert, Temperatur, gelöster Sauerstoff (DO) usw. wurden in dieser Studie optimiert.
