Neunzehn Homoaporphinbasen wurden aus verschiedenen Gattungen und Arten von Lilienpflanzen isoliert (Tabelle I) /29-31/. Alle von ihnen sind fünf-substituierte Verbindungen in Benzolringen, in denen sich die Substituenten in den Positionen befinden. 1, 2, 10, 11 и 12. Die Struktur ihrer ersten Vertreter wurde hauptsächlich durch die Untersuchung von Spektraldaten und auf der Grundlage von biogenetischen Schemata der Lilienalkaloide sowie durch Korrelation mit Aporphinalkaloiden ermittelt.
