Synopsis "impossible dream"
Alli Baxter was a young, beautiful girl in her first year of teaching kindergarten, and had no intention of falling for anyone, especially not Derrick, who's life was complicated enough by a petulant, spoiled wife, and absolutely adorable daughter! Somehow, though, the two find it impossible to keep their feelings at bay, and a torrid affair ensues. When Alli comes up pregnant, she knows it can be by only one person. Problem is, his wife is also pregnant, and he's determined to uphold his vows. The marriage, though, is already in a downward spiral, and his yearning for Alli speeds it's demise. By the time he's ready to begin his life with the woman he truly loves, though, she's already given in to his best friend's advancements and is soon to be married. Will true love conquer all, or is it too late?
