Synopsis "In Search of the Pirate's Daughter"

Teresa Amour was desperate to flee the life her father had forced her to share with him. She thought her day of freedom was at hand until the Black Guardian pirate ship attacked the Sacred Wind which was transporting her to a new and safe destination. The crew struggled to keep the ship afloat in an attempt to escape the barrage of cannon fire coming from the attacking vessel. One of those blasts sent Teresa into the sea and stranded her there as she watched the desperation of the crew of the Sacred Wind. Eventually, the ship sank and its crew with it. She was left in the open ocean with no reachable land in sight and no rescue ship on the water. After hours of praying as she kept her head above water, a ship was spotted in the distance. It was the Valiant Hope and its captain was Nathan Weston, the man who would become her rescuer, her friend, and her protector.
