Dante Romero, a CIA Agent on assignment in Saudi Arabia, picks up the trail of a terrorist, Omar al-Sulaiman. Omar reports to the charismatic, new leader of a struggling terrorist organization, who will try anything to reassert his group as a merchant of fear to infidels everywhere. When Omar is dispatched to the United States, Romero loses his scent. He returns home to form a task force with the goal of tracking down and stopping Omar before he can carry out his deadly mission.
