He has vast experience in managing departments, leading teams and research projects, coaching students and junior doctors, greatly impacting their development while giving them advice for their future careers and overlooking their progress. His abundance of knowledge and understanding allows him to offer his mentored students a head start in their careers as there is more to a professional medical occupation than just skill. His approach has enabled departments to grow and prosper as his work is adopted by departments not only his own, thus building and improving on systems as a whole. His work has reached many parts of the world but has also practised medicine in numerous global locations to continuously improve organisations and positively impact patients' lives.
