Synopsis "It Started in Roswell"

Mike Sands, a retired LAPD cop, moved to Roswell, New Mexico, wanting only to get away from all of the hustle and bustle in a big city and write his science fiction novel. Instead, once in Roswell Sands is hired to be a Lieutenant on the Roswell PD, meets an eccentric desert dwelling scientist, finds a new love interest, is taken to a field of alien royal blue plants called Dora, meets an alien Jinn caretaker and is taken to an enormous space ship where he is introduced to the alien Jinn Queen who seduces him. Along the way he organizes the building of an entire fleet of attack space ships, is adopted in to a Mescalero Apache family and then saves Earth from an invasion of Space Marauders. Instead of being allowed to retire again in peace he is declared the most powerful person on Earth. And, yes, he did write his novel in his spare time.
